"Spas Nails, a hidden gem in Macon! We have been going here for over 15 years, and always look forward to coming back. This salon is beautiful, clean, and always smells so good! The staff is lovely! The massage chairs are amazing, too! Just love it so much! My daughter is a college student, and prefers this over any other place in town! They also offer cute birthday party packages for kids, too!"

There are so many reasons I love this place and why I have been a customer for so long: The wonderful staff, the amazing calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the cleanliness and Holly who is the only person I let do my pedicures! When I went in today they had all brand new Massage Chairs that were absolute heaven!!! If you don't go to Spa Nails, you are missing out!!!"
"One of the best nail salons with amazing customer service. Wide rang of treatments offered here. Received a pedicure and the experience was great. Nail tech did a great job cutting the nails perfectly. Love the massaging chairs. Experienced a small hiccup, but everything was handled with care. Amazing people. "I wish I could write a lovely review, but I can't and won't because it wouldn't be honest. Summary: setting great, service not! The environment is beautiful! The floors are immaculate and there is a crystal chandelier. Unfortunately the service left something to be desired. The provider (Holly) was friendly enough in the beginning, but insisted I had been to the salon before (which is not the case). When I told her that the polish on one fingernail (the thumb) was too thick, she insisted that the polish was supposed to be that way. Then she went further to accuse me of being the same customer as before and being the same way. I wanted to yell 'Lady, I don't know you and I'm paying you for a service that you have provided poorly, which I have tolerated until this point!' I can tolerate a lot since I work with children, but this was unacceptable. I hope the others that work here are better, but I won't be back and I cannot recommend this place. I wanted to love it and keep coming back, but I'll keep searching..."
