"So, I've been searching for a regular nail salon for months and I've found it! Everyone was extremely well-spoken and friendly, and the salon was immaculately clean. I didn't get the feeling, as I have many times before at other salons, that the staff were talking smack about the customers in their native language. I saw Kimberly, and she was an absolute master of her craft. She's been doing this for a long time, and it's obvious. She was quick, efficient, funny, and perfectly executed all 5 services I got. GO SEE KIMBERLY!! 2.19.24. I went back and saw Kimberly again, and I stand by what I originally posted. This place is wonderful."

"Kim did my eyebrows. They are two different sizes. I expressed that I didn’t like them, she did not offer to fix them. As I am telling her the size difference she suggest cutting more from the one that is already narrow at the ends. I wanted her to fix the thicker one and she wanted to go back and forth. I simply told her that’s not the one I wanted to be fixed. She proceeds to basically tel me she’s done. She says “thank you” implying get up and pay I am assuming. Just to avoid a scene I paid, but I expressed I didn’t like like them and was offered no king of option to fix. Will not be back."
