"These people had my shoes for 3 weeks, but when we went to pick them up, they had not touched them. We had wait for them to find them before they could repair them. But once they found them they did a good repair job on them, so I guess I'll go back."
"I went in to drop off shoes and the customer in front of me was saying that her shoes and been there three months and she needed them. When it was my turn I asked obvious questions and was told that no one was actually currently repairing and that service was "very delayed." Seems like the owner/repair person has been ill. Things are not getting done. As if that wasn't bad enough, the shop stank of cigarette smoke. No way was I leaving my shoes there."
"Friendly and quick service. This is the second pair of shoes they have done for me and very happy with the result. The first pair they did for me was a favorite pair of cowboy boots and did an equally impressive job. The photos below I had a non slip sole on them, cleaned and polished."
