"RV was ready at 1 as promised, cleaned and ready to go. Very friendly and explained a lot about the RV to make sure our experience with seamless. Gave us his personal cell just in case we had any issues. Everything worked as should and drop off was efficient as well. Great location since we were able to park our car there. Overall would rent again. Thank you!"

"When we arrived the RV wasn't completely cleaned, the refrigerator wasn't cold, had to buy ice. The attendant let the truck battery die because he didn't check it when the last renter brought it in with the headlights left on. After loading our belongings, the truck wouldn't start. Had to find the attendant again, who then showed us the emergency start. All, a bit stressful after driving 6 hours to pick up the RV for repositioning to the Kissimmee location for refurbishing & sale."

"It was my first time getting a rental rv. I had no problems I by luck of the draw got a 2022 rv. I was not to happy after I was told they used granulated ant poison in the RV. I found it under the drive and passenger sets, where the shoes hole is and between the driver set and dinning table. To me that was not kid, child or pet friendly. I was ok with the outside storage area where the water hose, folding table and spare tire was. Because it's wouldn't be touched by me or my things. The guy running the place could have been a little more hands on. May explain more instead of saying watch the YouTube videos. And cleaning took me an extra 2-3 hours to get it cleaned to my standards. Bring a screwdriver because you'll need it to fix all the screws that will come loose and cut your leg when you walk past. Mop the floors! No matter what I used on the floors our feet stayed black! Maybe just wear socks. Over all I will be renting from them again."

"Puck up was less than 1hr. I saw a lot of reviews warning people about the long pick up time. Drop off was less than 30mins. The gentleman at the McDonough location was very nice and thorough. The RV was very clean and working well. One of the burners wasn't working but it didn't bother us, we grilled out."
