"This is a peaceful place to visit. We have been to this park multiple times. When my daughter was younger she played Salem soccer on the fields, which was a great experience. Her friends have rented the pavilion for parties. The playground is easily accessible. We visit regularly to walk around tge lake and enjoy nature."
"We all need those go-to places to enjoy nature and recharge and Salem Park is definitely one of mine. It’s a great place to go for a walk, soak in the sun and temporarily put away the cares of the world. I will say that because of the ducks there are certain areas where you have to avoid stepping on landmines (if you know what I mean), but aside from that minor inconvenience it’s a true sanctuary."
"The park itself is beautiful. Love the pond and walking trails. My only issue is the children's play area. There was a decent amount of trash and the playground looks in need of some repair. I was pushing my toddler son on the swing and noticed that the bolt that held the swing in place wobbled quite a bit."
