"This was by far one of THE WORST experiences I’ve EVER had at ANY property! And I travel A LOT! I booked a 6-night stay for my family and I and based my choice off of the online reviews. We stayed in room 405 and our “view” was of parking lot filled with truck trailers! First let me say that the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, everyone else, not so much! Our room was FILTHY from what looked like mold on the bathroom walls and shower head to stains on the carpet and dirty floors (that obviously had not been swept or mopped), hard dingy towels, a remote that was taped together and covered in grime (it took me 20 minutes to clean it). And a total of 2 hours to deep clean the room. I was afraid to ask for a different room out of fear that it could be even worse. The microwave was gross and raggedy. The room was so dusty that there was dust on the walls….Along with the boogers, food, and other dirt and grime. It was in serious need of a paint job. The sink water pressure was so low that we had to use the tub for everything. I had 2 Queen beds and had to ask for clean sheets because one of them had a huge stain on them. The furniture was ripped and one of the cushions for the arm rest on the desk chair was missing. And to top it all off, by night 4 I began to notice insects that looked like silver fish. I killed at least 3 of them! We couldn’t even enjoy the breakfast. The “food” was dried out and cold and the bananas were all rotten (every single day)! They had 2 elevators and one was out of order so it took forever to get up and downstairs. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 7 miles and stay at the Locust Grove property! It is like night and day….Thank me later!"

"This was great for a night stay during our roadtrip. Hotel was clean and quite new. Room was spacious, with bigger than typical fridge and even a microwave. It was very quiet and a bed was very comfortable. They have free parking and free basic breakfast. Everyone was really nice. I’d consider staying here again!"

"I rented out the Event Room and did a room block for my family's Thanksgiving Togetherness meal. We had a fabulous time! The event room was set to my specifications. All I had to do was set out my table decorations, center pieces, and food. Our family has grown so much over the years. It's hard to host 40-50 people in our homes now. Each family unit contributed to the cost of the event room rental fee. And family who traveled into town didnt have to worry about finding an available room. The staff at this location were great! The staff were so helpful in making our gathering a success."
