"Great all suite hotel. Cannot recommend this location enough. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The breakfast had a ton of variety and was continually restocked. I loved the refrigerator and kitchen space for traveling with kids."

"Had the absolute best experience. Staff was amazing, giving us water bottles for the kids and making sure all our needs were met. A lot of businesses could learn from the staff here and the hospitality and friendliness. When I come back to McDonough, I will definitely be staying here."

"Overall the experience was fair, the major compliant is the phone system did not work. The phones in the room could not call out, nor could I call the front desk. I could not received a call in the room. I was traveling and my phone busted during my travels. I was depending on the landline phone. In addition the computers in the business center were not working. I was unable to print a confidential documents. After speaking with guest who have been there more than 30 days stated the phones were not working a month ago. For emergency, the phone should be working. I was told they were working on the phone system but unsure if this was true. The front desk person named Ms. President was very helpful, she was very professional and deserves a promotion or increase in her salary."

"Love this hotel . Day shift has excellent customer service. Night shift needs to not be in this industry you can tell they thought customers were a bother. Great way out room . Exercise ball needed air . Laundry washer /dryer needed serviced. Other than that this hotel is great ."

"I love this hotel! The staff is awesome especially Ms. Maxine at the front desk, she always checks to make sure I'm enjoying my stay. They offer free hot breakfast with lots of options. Ms. Tee Tee always keeps breakfast stocked & fresh. The location is close to lots of shops & restaurants. I feel valued as a guess here. I look forward to my next stay."
