The only bad part is if your looking for men’s/kids dress shoes the selection will be limited. Not only did Mrs.Sharita help out with my understanding of promo pricing and finding the perfect shoes for my silly child. "Walked in, not one of the employees spoke to me, instead the employees were behind the counter joking, laughing and flirting with each other. I had to ask for help instead of being asked if I needed any help. One young lady came forward and tried to be cordial and help but I could tell she was in a hurry to get back to her comradery with the other employee which happened to be a male."
"Went in this store today. Worst customer service! All 3 employees at the register talking, looking on their phones. Came here to buy another pair of shoes. Ask one a questions, and she never came to help. Just pointed to the area I was. Little do they know, I work for the film industry and I was in the area looking for people with great customer service, great energy, and just a good worker. If chosen, I could have changed their life! More money than they have ever seen. "Why Some People Don't Want To Be Great!" No one wants to be great anymore.
