"Let’s see where should I start I visited the Conyers store last night for the first time in several years and needless to say the store is trashed. The bathrooms are disgusting. There was one stall that had human feces all over the toilet and the floor. No one cleaned it carpets are nasty. The store is old, but it needs a severe uplift, also the clothes are just everywhere. There’s no racks that are just very neat like it used to be I have to say belt used to be of the higher end stores but targets new store remodel makes their store look better than yours get it together Belk and what should I say about the shoe department? It was a disaster. I don’t know if anybody from Belk read these reviews because there’s some bad ones and seems that everything is still the same I guess I will just go to Kohl’s from now on. They at least care about what their store looks like."

"Poor customer service! I don't mind waiting for good service; even if the line is a long line. However, this very short line was just slow with poor customer service! First , We waited while 2 employees chatted with each other! Then, to add insult to injury, one of the employees talking was allowed to cut the line to make purchases. I say purchases because she was allowed to divide up an armful into at least two separate purchases! They made no apologies for the wait. No excuses, no, " Excuse me... Do you mind if I ring her up real quick?" Nothing! I wasn't even the only customer waiting in line!"

"Worst customer service had to wait online for 20 min just to buy one pair of pants there was only one person in front of me, and then the lady let somebody ahead of me and no one seemed to care, very frustrating. Obviously, not enough people on staff to manage registers. Not the cashiers fault MANAGEMENT‘s fault."

"Sorry Conyers, this is not about you. I can understand the frustration some of you in the ladies department have which angrily comes across to customers. Fortunately there is a cheerful young lady there that cancels out that whole vibe. This is about Belk and its online order packaging. I ordered a dress that came to me rolled up and stuffed into a shipping bag. Thinking that may have been a fluke I ordered again later , a very expensive Wacoal bra and Crown & Ivy shoes. The shoe box had no lid and the shoes and loose bra were put directly into the shipping bag. The bra had a spot on it and the security sensor was still attached. Please do not order online from Belk. Go to the store, a much better option."

"Clean store, but carpets are filthy. Very few customers. In one part of the store one of the power outlets was hanging out of the wall."
