"The shopping for my items wasn't the problem. It's the slow, side tracked, unorganized cashiers. There are only 2 and its the season for giving, it's Friday, and not to mention, it's raining!! What was a 20 minute trip came out to be an hour trip. Because I waited in line for 30 minutes. Burlington has to do better with timing, and management."
"As I was shopping I needed access to a fitting room. Both doors said vacant but wouldn’t open. No one was in there. I went over to a cs representative and she told me to “try again” I also went to the register and was told there was nothing they can do, purchased items, and return if they don’t fit. Why do I have to go through all of that somewhere I’m spending my money, why couldn’t an associate even walk over to the doors to see what was going on? I was shopping for 3 hours, I left everything and went Ross. I won’t be returning to this store, but the employee should return to a training class."
"My first time and most likely last time at this location due to mainly the filth. The store is nasty from the entrance to the back, the trash right outside overflowing, the sidewalk and lobby area filthy. If they did not have automatic doors, I don't think i would have entered. The door is nasty and need to be cleaned desperately. Once in the store items are strolled all on the floor, trash on the floor. They had just an ok selection and to top it off the wait in line was 30 plus minutes. The staff was friendly."
"This store is disgusting!!This is obviously the store for unwanted used dirty or broken items. Absolutely no help. Only the first 5 feet from the entrance is decent"
"Burlington has great items, especially this location! If you are looking for nice pictures, this is the spot! We were in the store for a while trying to pick and choose what to keep lol. We bought alot of item and the cashier was very patient with us. I will definitely return to this location. I love my purse! ❤"
