"If you're looking for athletic shows, walking shoes, or just a comfortable sneaker New Balance Mall of Georgia is all you need to know. I've been buying shoes at this location for five years or so, an I've gotten spoiled! You don't know what customer service is until you've experienced a New Balance store. You won't have to wait and wonder if you're going to be helped. They're on it. You're greeted at the door. But at the same time, they're not pushy sales persons. The take the time to make sure you're sized up properly and you get the RIGHT fit! I mean, the customer service is great. But the shoes; I can't say enough good things about New Balance shoes. If you've never had a pair you have to treat yourself! And buying a New Balance isn't like buying any other athletic or walking shoes. The have plenty of models; I just got a new pair of 880's in the pic. So whatever you have going on with your feet, they have a pair for you. I've worn plenty of track shoes, running shoes, walking shoes, you name it. But nothing comes close to the quality and comfort of what they offer. If you haven't tried New Balance, you haven't tried at all. Get you a pair!"

"Great service and very knowledgeable staff! I went to the store this Saturday with my NB 860v8 which I lobe. I've used NB most of my adult life but I hadn't been to any stores in GA. When I walked in I was greeted by Emily. I mentioned that I wanted to check my foot for changes. She walked me over to the computer system that measures your feet and gait to determine the best shoes for me. I knew I pronated but didn't realize how much pressure I put towards the front of my feet. I also needed more stability not just to the inside but also to the outside. Emily showed me the 990's and 1540's. The 990s were nice and an improvement over the 860. I picked the 1540 because I felt more support for my foot overall. I noted the 990 because it was nice also. I plan to pick up a pair soon. They both are good depending on my activity. I am so happy with my experience. My wife and daughter were with me and agreed about the experience. I have been to other NB stores and Fleet Feet...this was my best experience. Thank you Emily and NB!!"
