"I was in today to spend my $20 coupon and this black guy told that Asian lady to be rude to me when I checked-out with her. She gave me the hardest time. Her attitude was horrible and loud. Just wanna let her know, phone number is what you need to verify my identity because it attached to my Navyist Rewards account. She asked for my Social and Driver license before she can proceed my check out; these are not necessary."
"I have to say we've been here several times and never had a good experience. Today they charged my card and then said it hit it hard, but it got refunded. I had to call the bank because it said it was approved, the refund did go back. It took three people to figure this out. Hilary the cashier, Erik, not sure about his position, and Maria the manager. We prefer the old navy at the North Georgia outlets, it's much better."
