"It was my first time visiting this location. I was greeted verbally when entering the store; but at no time during the 15 minutes or so that I was there did anyone approach me to ask if I needed assistance. Three women were working and there were maybe 5 customers (including a family of 3) but I received no help."
"Nice store, I came in looking a bit of a hot mess(not joking) and was wanting to get in and out. Still got great service and was approached and offered a fitting room. Left with a $100 blazer and was happy with my purchase."
"This was the best experience I have had at Loft or anywhere. There was two ladies working, Darya and Isabelle. Both were so sweet!! Any question I had or any help I needed, they were genuinely happy to help me. I had a reward I was trying to use and I was having issues deciding what to get. I was about to settle on something I didn’t know if I’d use and then Darya and Isabelle to the rescue! They helped me find my purchase and I am so thankful! They made me feel appreciated and like we were friends by the end of my shopping visit. I don’t live close but I will definitely come back here to shop! Thank you ladies!!"
"So Loft was going out of business in this Mall of Georgia store was to be closed however they are now reopening and filling the space with merchandise. I got some really great deals as their clearance rack is an additional 70% off right now. The manager was extremely helpful!"

First of all, many items are listed as final sale when purchased, so unfortunately (just as it is listed on the website) it is not returnable or exchangeable. Second of all, Loft is not going out of business and this store is continuing to stay open. So that is also false information. Please be truthful and kind when leaving honest reviews."
