"first and last time I will be shopping at this location. staff is RUDE! 01/28 afternoon shift. as soon as I walked in there was a attitude about checking items I brought in. some of the staff acted like you weren’t even there. when it was time to collect items that weren’t accepted. the lady who checked me out rolled her eyes at me when I asked simple questions about the items and prices. i’ve been to different locations and never had a bad experience."

I am very greatful that we were able to successfully help a family in need by obtaining many of Once upon A time (Buford) baby furniture amongst other things! Thanks to the managers and staff who were SUCH A BIG HELP in carrying out such a wonderful project! "I used to shop here more regularly and haven't been to this location in awhile. I heard they're under new management and from what I could tell it's not for the better. There are still decent deals but the service isn't as good and the items aren't in as great of shape compared to other resale shops in the area. These boots I bought looked like they hadn't even been remotely cleaned. I commented to the cashier that I was surprised they accept items that have clearly not been cleaned but she didn't say anything. I also got these girls boots with a broken handle. I showed the cashier and was able to get a discount off of it so I still purchased it and can fix it but the point is that there are other resale options in the relatively local area that, in my experience, have items in better condition. Still, you can find a good deal but I would carefully check items first. Personally, I will be opting for other locations and other stores from now on."

"I’ve been selling/shopping here for 5+ years. Today I went to take some bins in, and I noticed the sign on the door said a 2 bin limit. I had several, but I was willing to work with that. When I went to check in I was told that my one bin, counted as two (not sure how when it was an average size storage container). I was told I could check others in after this was done, but the wait time for my one bin was 3+ hours. The store was quiet, and there weren’t many bins behind the counter. I’m not sure what has changed over the last few months, but I’ve never been told there was a limit, or waited three hours… I ultimately decided to go down the street to OUAC Duluth — who had no limit or wait."
