"Bought a pair of shoes 6 days ago, and it’s currently on sale. When I inquired about a price match in-store, the sales lady denied it with arrogant attitude, and said they don’t have such policy (she didn’t even check my purchase date and randomly said it’s been two weeks since my purchase). However, I called the customer service and they confirmed I’m eligible for a price match. Avoid the sales lady with short hair and glasses as she is NOT professional."

"If I could give them no stars I would! They will do anything to make a sale, it’s shoes not cars sis the commission can’t be that big for the amount of lies I was sold. Jennette, the salesperson assured me (3 months ago) when I purchased the shoes, that they would be here in time for my wedding on September 3rd. However, just in case I put another shoe on hold. I called several times to check the status of the delivery and still Jennette said they were on the way. I came in today because hey the shoes haven’t made it, now what? let me get the back up shoe I paid to have on hold… THEY SOLD THEM. Now here I am, 6 days before the wedding with NO SHOES! Buyer beware of the store & do NOT shop with Jennette if you just HAVE to go there!"

"I had a great experience here- I was originally planning to buy a pair of Louboutins next door but walked out because of the terrible customer service. Upon walking into Jimmy Choo, I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson who happily helped me try on shoes and made sure I was comfortable in the store. Throughout my time spent at the store, I interacted with two sales people, both of whom were very energetic and helpful. I ended up buying a gorgeous pair of shoes that I'm in love with!"

"Ben and the staff at the Atlanta store have perhaps the worst ethics and professionalism of any store I have been to. Certainly not what you would expect from a luxury brand. I worked with the store manager Ben on a telephone sale transaction. Ben misstepped by not providing me with any information about the fact that the item was on final sale or about the return policy. He also failed to provide me with documentation of the transaction. Now that I am attempting to refund a pair of shoes that do not fit, the store is providing misinformation about the conversations and transactions. 1. I spoke with Ben and dealt with him on this transaction - a point that was not disputed by the store until I complained about Ben’s mishandling of the matter. 2. Ben never sent an email receipt or communication following the point of sale. So, I never had anything in writing about the transaction or final sale or 14 day return policy. 3. Ben never verbally told me that the item was final sale. Nor did he verbally tell me about a 14 day return policy. 4. No documents from Jimmy Choo were ever included in the shipment of the shoes. 5. Points #2 - 4 are not consistent with Jimmy Choo practice. This was communicated to me verbally this morning when I was finally able to reach the customer service phone number. I think that the entire handling of this has been poor."
