"I love Johnston & Murphy. Always have like their style of being able to dress semi casual with their comfortable dress shirts and sneaker dress looking shoes. Unfortunately this store kinda left me feeling not wanting to come back. Had no acknowledgment, not a single hello or offer to help. Ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere."
"Dwight was such a Gem in assisting me on what to get my Son for the holidays. With his ever-evolving style of wear, Dwight came to the rescue. I didn't experience any upselling on Dwight's behalf as I kept him busy with the potentials & etc. The prices are not as expensive as I previously thought years ago. Anyone's budget could benefit from J&M that also offers other accessories, leather goods & luggage. After 30 minutes I opted for a Gift Card. I look forward to seeing what my Son creates & being stylish of course. Thanks again, Dwight."
"Great store...Great shoes, but didn't have what I liked in my size. I don't live locally, so I didn't want the trouble of ordering them to see if they fit and then send back if not. I've bought shoes here before as well as shirts. They have some really cool shirts. Most work with jeans or khakis."
"I dubbed “Michael” as my personal shopper. He dresses very well, and helped me select clothing appropriate to my taste. I have a very “exchangeable” wardrobe for work now. Receive compliments every week with regard to my clothes. Clothes are a bit pricey but fit very well, are extremely comfortable while looking dressy to causal. You can dress the shirts up and down with variable colors and easily with blazers. This is my first choice now- bought JM shoes in past, but now prefer them for everything I buy. Bought double buckle monk shoes today and tan wing tips a month ago. Can’t wait to buy summer shirts and shorts next. Professional men- go here. Outstanding quality and comfort. You won’t be disappointed. As for Michael- great guy and loves to help you dress."
"In the world of in-person retail, you’d think service levels would would match the product and the location. My sales guy was fine, it was his Associate during the check out process. The Apple Pay reader wasn’t working - and I just used it at the Apple store next door and cousins main lobster without issue. The gentlemen proceeded to tell me I was doing it wrong. Really? That’s how you treat customers? Good luck to you sir."
