"This is my third poor experience calling into House of Hair. I am satisfied with Andrea’s work but professionalism is lacking. Unable to schedule an appointment elsewhere, and against my better judgement I gave them another try. The receptionist was rude so I didn’t schedule and Andrea called me back to schedule and retrieve my $35 deposit. The day before my appointment they tell me I HAVE to buy their hair or pay an extra fee to use mine.The quality of Andrea’s hair is poor in comparison to the quality hair that I’d already purchased. Why would I spend an additional 150-200 dollars?! I lost time and money. These guidelines should be clearly stated when booking and people can choose to decline prior to paying deposits."
