"Bath and body is just bath and body. They are always fabulous. I am allergic to perfume so this is what I wear everyday. Now my hubby is hooked on the men’s line. Today’s visit was all about him getting 3 items from the men’s line and getting a 4th item for free. Service was great as always."
"I had a negative experience with the store manager, James, on today. I came to do an exchange that was in accordance with store policy. He began misquoting store policy insinuating that I would be banned from making future returns if he attempted this return. This is true of the new policy to some extent, without a receipt you cannot make another return for 90 days after exceeding $250, however this was a receipted return. He in turn, refused service, which policy does state that it is at the store’s discretion. If I had not done a similar transaction in this store less than 48 hours ago this would not be a big issue for me. I am definitely reaching out to corporate, as well as they explained the new policies to me in a call prior to arrival at this store. I am a loyal customer and have never received the type of treatment that I did in his store. I would truly hope that his rude and pushy nature was due to his personality and not race relations. Hopefully, he would surely have enough cultural sensitivity to avoid engaging in this manner during MLK day, if not. This store will NEVER receive another dime of my money."
"I love coming in this store! Always so many new scents to try out and always a great sale going on. Got the newest scents for the handsoap sale for the 6 for $26. And the spray hand sanitizer is always a must have for my purse. Black Cherry Merlot is my all time favorite and I always stock up when I go in. No matter what scent you are into they always have something for you. Also the room sprays are amazing, 1 spray really does make the entire room small amazing so highly recommend grabbing a few of them to keep stashed around the house for a quick spritz every now and then."
