Abbadabba's Cool Shoes Buckhead

"I went into this store on 11/20 to replace my daughter's worn out Birkenstocks. I brought them with me, thinking this was a simple deal. I enter the store, Associate 1 says "Good morning" and disappears into the back room, leaving me with a few other customers and Associate 2, who was very focused on her clipboard. I look around, not sure what to do when 2 rather rudely says "You need a size?". I explain what I'm trying to do and am given more attitude because I don't know my daughter's size and am not willing to call her, since these are meant to be a Christmas surprise. I literally have the shoes in my hands, but she couldn't even be bothered to look at them. I take a guess at a size and she disappears into the back room. 1 comes out and asks me if I'm having a good day. I relpy "I'm not sure. I'm just trying to replace these Birkenstocks, but your co-worker seems to think that's a problem." 1 then goes into the stock room and returns with the shoes. I compare old and new to verify they should work. All in all pretty rude and un-helpful staff for a $150 pair of sandles.Would probably not return to this store again, actually drove 25 miles to get there."

"I was never greeted and there was a guy standing 5 feet from me. The only words he said were to a man who walked in with a bag, he said, "You have a return?" Another guy walked out and never acknowledged me. I figured as I was leaving they'd say something, and not a word..."

"I just left the store on Roswell Rd. I was in the store for 20 minutes and was never greeted! I'm assuming it was because I was dressed casually and my skin tone. While I was in the store another woman walked in and she was greeted immediately. This was not a good feeling and I will never return!! All potential clients should be greeted."

"Went into the Roswell store yesterday. I love the selection of shoes there, but honestly the sales people hovered over me. It is a small store and it makes me very uncomfortable to be followed and stared at the whole time. If I want to try something I will ask you. But following me closely and watching me is very unnerving. Probably won't be back. PS- The shoes are overpriced."

"It's been awhile since we went to Abbadabba and the visit reminded why I love this place. The staff are so knowledgeable and help us find the right shoe me and my husband, with patience and professionalism. Danielle help my husband find his first pair of Birkenstock. She also patiently helped me try on athletic shoes that was both comfortable and supportive. Tatum help refine what I thought I was looking for. As a person with flat feet, I always though what I needed was a shoe with an arch. Not knowing there are shoes designed for people like me! Tatum made the recommendation, Danielle helped me try the shoe on, and the foot gods spoke. Will definitely return for the service and quality."
