"This store closes at 7pm!! Not 9pm! It is so easy to change store hours on Google maps, and so frustrating to drive through traffic, drive around looking for parking, UGH"

"Usually the experiences of purchasing shoes there are fine. Lately, there’s a male white staff member who mansplains and naturally rude to customers, over explains and wastes time, completely talks over you and never lets you talk to get to the actual questions we have: ex. Explains as if I did not know I personally clicked and chose the “ship to store” option myself online and didn’t know what that meant or the process of that (he wasted so much time explaining that and didn’t want to let me talk so I can move on to the actual question about my shoes) and other idiotic comments he’d make. Go to another DSW location if you can and dodge this idiot if you see him. Other staff were fine. But this dude needs to go. Customer service was 0, and they gave me conflicting information after they cancelled my shoes. All I wanted was the actual reason and what I received were multiple reasons, mansplaining and with no shoes at the end that I was trying to wear to a funeral that had already passed because the item was delayed for so long."

"David went above and beyond to help me locate a boot I was desperately trying to find. He went to the back three separate times trying to find what I was looking for. I am sincerely grateful. Management please reward his efforts. He is an asset."

"AMAZING! I ordered a pair of shoes online but they did not fit. I was super excited because of the deal on got on them. They on sale and I received an additional discount at checkout. I hated that I had to return them because I was concerned I couldn't get them at that price again. Javarous, the store manager, proved me wrong! Jarvarous went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. Not only did he order the correct size for me but he matched the original purchase price even though the shoes were no longer on sale."

"EASY ACCESS…GREAT VALUES! With all the TV commercials about Skechers new “Slip Ins,” I wanted to try the shoe for myself. What better place to go than DSW? The low profile of the shelving with an open warehouse feel allows you to quickly access what you are looking for, find your size, and try your shoes on right there. (BTW – The Skechers Slip Ins are as advertised!) Now, I am not a “flip flops” guy—hate the feel between my toes—but while I was there, I found a pair of Sperry’s that were ultra comfortable. Bought my first pair of flip flops in 40+ years! Oh, and did I mention the prices. Great values here!"
