"Went to this store which was over an hour and a half away and bought a few items but when I got home one of the items still had a security tag on it…what’s worse is the receipt wasn’t even in the bag. I reached out to customer service for a replacement or refund (because the security tag has ink inside so if I tried to take it off it would ruin the item) and they gave me the run around, they said they couldn’t give me a replacement so they’ll give me a refund. I provided all the information they told me they needed to verify my purchase multiple times but each email I got was from a different agent not knowing the situation and telling me different stuff…all I need is a refund since it was your store that made the mistake. It’s been 3 days and no solution. Ps- I also tried taking the security tag off and ink got everywhere, the item is totally unwearable now."

"I had the worst experience today. Nobody greeted customers and three people who were on shift today (9/7/23) spent my entire 40 minute visit there gossiping at the register. Two males and one female with her hair in the bun. When I walked up to the register, quite evidently wanting to check out, they just looked at each other and acted as if I wasn’t there to complete the transaction. Please check footage and consider evaluating the teenagers employed here; for the sake of your customers!"

"Do not buy from PacSun. They have the worst and non existent customer service. They sent us the wrong product twice and now we can not get up with them to get our money back. Buyer be warned! They do not have anyone you can talk to by phone. The chat customer service is automated and you can't talk to anyone to fix their errors."

"Pac sun team member followed my daughter to the dressing room and asked to count the number of clothing brought inside the dressing room implying that she may be attempting to steal clothing. As my other daughter was Checking out at the cash register, this same team member is handling the cash register and ask her coworkers to check the security cameras in the dressing room area to see if my daughter is stealing items inside the dressing room. This team member was being rude the whole time to both of my daughters. There is no such thing as good customer service anymore. Take caution going into this store as you may be followed and be suspected of stealing clothes!"
