"Zumiez always has the most up to date trends with all the edgy accessories you can possibly want. Great selection and prices on all kinds of skate gear. The three stars is because the staff almost always seems to be bothered by customers and the idea of having a job all together. Great store if you can keep from getting irritated at the lackadaisical staff."
"The lady working their was extremely nice and I have had only good experiences here, I have bought multiple skateboard products and the employees always offer to help set them up, If i am looking for something someone always helps. Even the other local skaters are amazingly friendly. I was buying a shirt and a dollars short. A guy saw my skate attire and handed me plenty to cover the cost. Today the lady there was beyond helpful with helping me order something online, she even gave me free stickers and a booklet for free zumiez stash points. Great store, couldn’t recommend higher"
"so today at 4pm to call and have a certain item on hold for me, the girl who did not give me her name confirmed that they had it in a small and medium, i then had the medium put on hold.It was confirmed to me that it was ON HOLD. i then went to this location not long after. just to be told by this boy, that they did not put anything on hold not did they have the item I ASKED FOR in stock to begin with. the guy with the blonde hair just walked around the store, just to say they dont have it anyway. this was ridiculous and wasted so much of my time. 0 stars."
"Great collection for skate board and long board. My son got his first skate board and instead of standard he decided to custom build it. Ansel ( zumiez rep) was amazing to help him out with his selection and stay in my budget. He involved my son in building his board. Gave him lot of choices for stickers and trucks , wheel colours . We will go back to the store for further enhancement and will surely ask for Ansel to work with him."
