"Staff is incredibly rude. After finding out the specific pair of boots i wanted needed to be ordered, i agreed to pay and order them. I gave the salesperson the style number and she ignored me, attempting to order a different pair that was similar. I asked her two more times with my card in hand to confirm that she had the correct boots. She huffed at me and asked if i really needed puncture resistance. I said yes. She then crossed out the order information and filled it out correctly. Like pulling teeth."
