Greg was so incredibly amazing and went above and beyond and with a smile on his face the whole time! it’s hard to find pants for short people! and their seamstress!! oh my gosh, she legit tailored the jeans i bought, IN STORE in front of me! in less then 30 minutes!"

"Have no clue what happen to this store. Or at least the people in it and how they’ve been trained to handle a situation. In store purchase went so smooth and helpful. Left several pants to be altered. Was told it would be done next day morning and shipped that day or next through Fed Ex. That the manager would call me to say it’s been shipped and give me tracking number. This came from the manger herself. I could of came back Wednesday or Friday to pick up. But she said no reason to drive all the way up here when shipping was so cheap. Wednesday night came and haven’t heard anything. Called, they now have no record of my purchase and that there were no pants left to alter that the lady didn’t come in Tuesday for an emergency but was there Wednesday morning and she only did one altercation for another person. Called back after he claim to talk to the original manger saying it was already shipped. Yet refused to give me tracking number or his name. Even refused to take my receipt number to verify. I understand if I was even remotely rude. Very awkward. I live 40 miles away and still days later has not arrived. Called again Friday they didn’t see order. Called me back to say it was shipped and arriving today out for delivery, yet won’t give me tracking number. Fed Ex has no records of a shipment from them to myself. I have an account with Fed Ex and always receive notice of shipments. Benefit of the doubt. I called Fed Ex. No packages on their records (don’t need T# with an account). I have two people from the Buckle who refuse to give me their first names and tracking number. Basic customer service. Something is wrong. Just be honest. I haven’t been rude in the slightest. That’s over now. Called corporate, no help there either. Have no choice but to file credit card dispute. Why would two people refuse to give names and tracking number? Why won’t a manger take charge and deal with this. I’ve been very reasonable."

"My little brother is a narrow size 11.5, had blown out his shoes. We were on a mission. Reese and Cadell had AMAZING teamwork in finding solutions in the inventory they had. I had such amazing service, I really cannot say thank you enough!"

"Randomly walked into this store even though it seemed like their style of jeans didnt fit my style. I was surprised to find the comfort in their jeans and variety they have. Most of all though the customer experience is awesome. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I didnt have to leave the dressing room because Alexandra took my size and brought me jeans to that she felt matched the style I picked up. They have a new customer for sure!"
