"No greeting from any employee. They all just looked at me as I walked through the store. They did greet each other though. The older woman behind the counter shouted “now the party can get started” when the smaller guy with long hair came onto his shift I’m guessing. Why give money to a place that doesn’t value its customers? Won’t be in ever again."

She has exceptional customer service skills and was so kind, patient and informative. Thank you Isela for your help! I cannot wait to wear my new jeans out :D"
"Chloe greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked to help. She qualified my daughter by asking which style of jeans she like. We would've only bought one pair but because of Chloe's excellent customer service skills we're walking out with three. Excellent customer service by these younger generations is hard to find but this store nailed it!"
