"Save yourself from this headache! This tux shop is probably the worst tux shop EVER! Every single one of my groomsmen tux’s were the incorrect size and they were measured at their shop! Some of the tux’s were so far off they couldn’t even put an arm in the jacket! They were all 3-4 sizes too big or too small! Horrible experience, and when I spoke to manger she just said oh well. No accountability, no apology and no empathy for ruining my wedding!"

"I would highly recommend finding another location for Tux rentals. I sent in custom measurements which have worked for every wedding I’ve been in and I was re-measured a month from this wedding. In return, they sent me a tux that barely fits my shoulders with a waste meant for a character from the show “my 600lb life”. I’ll be spending the entire wedding in a button down and vest."
