"Overall, my experience at TRIO Custom Clothiers was underwhelming. If you are looking for an affordable option to start your suit collection it is not a bad way to go. The service was the least pleasurable part. I placed my order September 30th, and wasn’t finalized until November 30th (their website says 3-4 weeks). The floor room was consistently in flux while I was there (suits,clothes, boxes everywhere). Additionally, I asked for no belt straps on my pants and when the pants arrived there were straps. TRIO made it seem like it was very customizable when in reality is was very limited in that way. It is unfortunate because when you pay almost $600 for a service you expect it to be smooth sailing. That was not my experience at TRIO."

"Absolute bang for your buck! The measurement process is detailed for perfection, your choices of fabric seem endless, and I would be absolutely shocked if you walked away with any negative feelings. Just make sure you give them time, because this isn't an off the rack retailer. You'll feel like a million bucks when you wear the finished product."

"We found Trio when my wife was considering a custom suit for our wedding. She ended up bringing a suit she bought off the rack and Trio was able to tailor it to her frame. They did a wonderful job considering her frame is short and large-busted. The suit fit her like a glove after and she received so many compliments on how well it fit. The alterations took a little over a week and the price was very affordable. Will definitely return considering how difficult it is for her to find suits that fit."

"TRIO Custom Clothiers is probably the most popular M2M (made to measure) store in Atlanta (bespoke is different). This store offers intimate one-on-one assistance. Aka, it feels like a bridal boutique, but for men. I believe Trio is popular because of the following: 1. Price- Competitive and affordable compared to OTR which would still require alterations which still cannot compared to how comfortable and flattering a M2M suit feels and looks. $500 basically for a 2 piece wool suit if I rememeber correctly with alterations included and expedited shipping. 2. Fast turn over time- You can get a suit made in 4-5 weeks if rushed (you do have to pay more- slightly) from initial fitting and measurements to the post followups for alteration tweaks (total of 3 visits usually first time around and 2 after since you do not need an initial fitting). And since its not bespoke, the turnover time is faster if you have no patience like me or in a rush for an event. 3. 100% wool option - Most popular now a days (I think they have cashmere/wool blend to) 4. Lots of choices of fabric, colors of fabrics, and cuts/fit to base your suit on. 5. Great in person customer service- I love working with Theresa! I love also the privacy and luxury of the 1 on 1 assistance. Even with indochino its M2M but you always have to tweak the clothing once received where here it is included. 6. Suits photograph very well- see pic 7. Comfort- M2M is more comfortable than OTF because it will fit you better than OTF ever will. Especially for guys with wierd measurements. * I would recommend offering better quality options like bespoke and italian wool for those who are willing to pay for it :) I highly recommend this place and will be back for more great pieces to add to my hubbys collection :)"
