"I went to this store at the mall of Georgia and Alesha was the one who helped me from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. She has a very good pleasant Personality and her customer service skills was also outstanding. She helped me pick out outfits and made sure I was comfortable in them before leaving because I have self esteem issues when it comes to dressing and she kind of made me feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever did. Thank you Alesha for your great customer service. P.S I got some many compliments on my outfit."

"I swing by Madrag saturday just to look around and was pleasantly greeted by employees of the store. I was asked if I needed any help finding anything, but since I was there, just to browse, I declined the request. I did manage to find this adorable, two piece set that will be great for taking fall photos! I was checked out by new manager Miranda, who is a delight to be around. I know some of you may have had negative experiences with past Management of this establishment but I assure that changes have been made!"

"I came in on a Friday before closing because the mannequin displays drew me in. I was greeted by Miranda who was working alone and I later found out was the manager. I found several cute items in which I was impressed with the quality and pricing. Once ready to check out, Miranda clarified the return policy as I was concerned the bottoms would not fit (they didn’t and I am exchanging today). I was also introduced to the rewards program- which is free - and I signed up. Even though I came in right before closing, I was not rushed out and Miranda took the time to make sure I had a great customer experience. I will be back to exchange those bottoms and I am confident things will go smoothly. I encourage everyone to give Mad Rags, Mall of GA, another chance if you have been there before and had a less than ideal experience as Miranda is the new manager and seems to want to turn this store around for the better."

"It was a good experience here, there were good deals in the clearance section. Went in the store with my mom and she got 4 shirts for total of $16. The customer service was really good she asked us if we needed anything and asking us at the end about our experience. Understanding the fact that she's working by herself so she probably can't take care of each individual the same but she did her best for us!"

"Extremely rude, the cloth itself is whatever, a cheaper version of forever 21, but wow! The people that work here not only smell bad but wow are they rude, their fitting rooms aren’t open so when I asked her what if I wanted to try something on before I buy it she said to me I had to figure out on my own and that it was my problem… are you serious? I know it isn’t her fault maybe management can’t fix their fitting me, but telling me to go figure it out on my own and on top of that getting upset when I asked her if she could pull a dress down for me, seriously,? That’s your damn job!!! Horrible people at work here very rude and by the looks for the reviews at this location I’m not the first one to have a bad experience here. And they have a hiring sign lol you should get rid of the current manager before training anyone else at this location"
