"Rated low because we didn't get a chance to go in the store to shop. We didn't realize that they were only letting 8 people in at a time. There was 3 people outside on the sidewalk but I didn't know that they were waiting to go in because there wasn't a line formed. Young guy came to the door when I opened it and quickly told me the lady on the side walk was waiting and they were only allowing 8 people in at a time. Funny thing is I don't remember seeing anyone leave the store when he let her in. I responded ok thank you and left. So if you go you may want to be prepared to wait and just know that customers aren't required to wear a mask. If your limiting the number of people in the store you should also require a mask. Just my opinion."
"Great experience as always except for the checkout process, the computer shutdown, probably from overheating or no regular maintenance, had to join the other line which was long and they let us jump in front of everyone who was waiting only for the computer to cycle back on and they started using it again for everyone behind us. Palmetto moon maintain your system or upgrade it. Definitely worth it."
