"they have a funny way of running their businesss I will NEVER spend a dollar here ever again. spent a lot of money at this store. I get home and a Skirt I purchased doesn't fit. I STILL have the receipt. I returned to the store to exchange the skirt for the proper size. The person at the desk told me I can't exchange for my Correct size because i removed the tag from the skirt. what does a tag matter if I still have my receipt . so now I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit while "garage " profits off my coin and won't allow me to get the correct size. Scam."

"My daughter loves this store. However each visit there is NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY THE STAFF!!!! With the price point they should be eager to say HELLO!"

"Wish I could give negative stars. Today I took my 11yo daughter to the mall to shop for her birthday outfit. We entered the store and walked around for a few minutes with ABSOLUTELY NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We were the only guests in the store. But soon after a few other Caucasian people entered the store and the store employee immediately stopped to greet them and ask if they needed anything. This happened 3 more times and still my daughter and I were NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED. I even made eye contact with the Caucasian employee and she never said a word. At that point I told my daughter we would not be purchasing anything from the store. She was disappointed as well because she too noticed that we were the only black people in the store and the only people who didn’t get acknowledged. It was very disappointing for us both but she ended up finding her outfits in H&M and Rue 21 and experienced phenomenal customer service in both stores."

"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE, they state that they do not accept returns, exchanges or give store credits. What store in the United States don't give one or the other. Oh, its called the Garage store. Nevermind, the online website states that they have a 30 day return policy. If you are going to run a store and decide to have a No Return Policy, by all means put up the signs to make it clear because at this point, if someone purchases a gift for anyone and for some reason need to return or exchange for a different size then they are out of luck because your company don't have no type of way to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, they take advantage of a lot of young people as they did with my daughter. You better believe that I am going to inform and spread the word to all the parents within this district to stay far from this store. This company does not deserve one star but unfortunately you have to give one to write a review so please subtract the one star because in my opinion they don't even place on the chart. Lastly, whether you have an account with the Better Business Bureau or not, I will be informing them because they maintain a record of complaints against non-member companies. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE WHAT SO EVER!!!!"

"Today was my first time shopping in the store and I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and affordable the clothes and set up was. My two star rating is for the employee that followed me around the store readjusting everything I touched as if I was ruining it. When i simply searched for my size and placed the items back how I found them. I did not like nor did I appreciate the service I was given. There was another customer in the store I watched not be hounded, lucky her. I am disappointed because otherwise I may have found a new favorite store. I'll probably just shop online from here on out."
