"The Forever 21 store manager in this area is a trained and licensed robber. I used to return goods in a similar situation: the manager in the store bullied those Asian customers who were not fluent in English. The customer deliberately hid the original publication when returning the goods, and then when the customer asked to return the goods, he did not return the original publication or only returned half of the original price, and the other half swallowed it alone. Therefore, tell everyone not to pay in cash when shopping in this store in the future, but with your own bank credit card, so that they can‘t cheat you."

"The store is not only a mess! The music is as loud as if you were at a club. On top of that they have entire areas of the store "closed" and they are constantly telling you to not be "in that area""

"Thank you KEYANNA for checking us out. She was nice however an initial greeting of hello I can help you or something more welcoming would be my suggestion. Instead of I’ll help you or next person etc. the variety of shirts, sweaters, hoodies, pants, sweats, accessories were all delightful to comb through. I really enjoyed the clothing with the characters such as “The Simpsons”, movies like Poetic Justice and real icons like Aretha Franklin Also there is an upper level entry as well."
