"Bought a jacket one week ago and did not like the fit and I came back to return it and the worker said I could not return because it is final sale. And I told her I was not aware and no one told me when I bought it, I asked if they could make an exception, since normally for “final sale” items I’ve ever purchased anywhere they usually let me know at checkout and ask me “ this item is final sale is that ok” but they did not. And the manager was so condescending and said “no and pointed at signs at both far ends of the counter saying they have signs up etc and that it’s at the bottom of your receipt. When I checked my receipt it doesn’t even say anything about final sale, you have to press on a link and go to their website to find the fine print. What a scam. Nonetheless you’re a manager, you can communicate your point across without the condescending tone. Lady with glasses and long hair. Good luck to ya"

I had $400 worth of stuff in my hands and was debating between a few items, but they were rude and kept trying to make me check out before I could finish my decision. I love to buy in this store but , I have to find other place to buy pants because I’m super uncomfortable to go in express in Ga mall again .
