"I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a sales associate at this location named Kayla. She was absolutely the most pleasant and help person I've dealt with in a long time. The store was very busy with holiday shoppers and it's easy for staff to get tired and overwhelmed, especially since it was very hot in there. She helped me with exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond. She was very patient with me and even took the time to show me how to navigate my Victoria's Secret app on my phone to make my shopping even easier. I asked to speak to her supervisor to praise her professionalism, but I couldn't just leave it there. I want to publicly recognize her. I hope someone from corporate reads this and considers her for a supervisory position. She was a natural. If she could be as sweet as she was under the conditions described (hot, crowded), then she definitely needs to be recognized and considered for career opportunities. It's rare to find people like that today. I'm sure there are other people reading this who would offer her a position if you don't."

I came in with my toddler to return two bras I purchased online that didn’t fit… I left 30 minutes later with two different bras that were the perfect fit. It was a great experience. I love VS, it was so nice to have someone focus on helping me find a comfortable, cute fit that makes me feel pretty. ❤️"
