"Very unpleasant staff member at this location. If you’re having a good shopping day, avoid shopping at A&F when Michelle or Rochelle is on shift. I didn’t catch the name clearly because she spoke under her breath and avoided eye contact and simple questions. I had to ask her questions twice and when she’d finally respond it was with an horrible attitude as if I’d interrupted her free time. Not quite sure how someone with such an unsocial personality got a job here. Ended up not purchasing anything here purely based on this experience, will not support that type of behavior!"

"The girl “Michelle” at the register had the absolute WORST attitude. She would ignore questions, and wouldn’t make eye contact at any point. For absolutely NO reason. We were very happy and friendly until she turned that around really quick with her Super rude and condescending attitude. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It gave my mother and I the absolute worst experience and honestly it was extremely upsetting, specially when I wanted to enjoy a day out shopping with my baby daughter and mother. It made my stomach turn. I’m not asking for someone to suck up to their customers but simple answers to questions is not a lot to ask for with no attitude, specially when the person is beyond friendly. This girl needs to be fired or retrained on social skills ASAP specially working in an environment such as this. She is an angry unsocial girl who clearly hates everybody. The guy who was folding clothes at the front was extremely sweet and apologized on behalf of her. Thanks to him he made the situation a bit better. This happened 1-22-23 at around 5:30pm."

"Was overcharged by over $30. They refused to check if my items were promo elligble so i called customer service and they said i was overcharged on all items. now i have to go back to the mall and waste my time getting my money back. this employee should be retrained bc this i illegal i think to overcharge me?"

"I drove almost 45 minutes to visit this store location and had one much closer to my home. I thought coming to Perimeter mall would give me a better shopping experience but it did not. No assistance was provided while I was shopping. The staff fit in with the shoppers. I could not tell due to no name tag or some sort of identification. I approached a young lady (later identified as Cassandra), I assumed to be a worker but was not sure. So I wanted to approach her respectfully. I stated, "ma'am, do you work here". This young lady paused for a while, looked at the rack she was working, and said, "ummm, do I work here?" It took everything in me not to walk out the store but I honestly wanted the products I went for. I will not be returning to the store. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I do not just window shop, I spend money. Even if I did come to window shop she should not have been rude. There was no way to know she worked there either than her straighten the racks and I still wanted to be respectful just in case I was wrong. It is too close to the holidays to be in a funk. She was definitely giving the Grinch."
