"Decided to give them another try. We all have a off day. But the service is still the same over a year later. The associates pick and choose who they want to speak to. I placed a online order. Said my order would be ready by 1. It was 2 and still nothing. I go inside this store and find my item. I was told by the cashier we don’t pull orders on Saturday’s our, Dm should have shut down the system. They wouldn’t release my item, They wanted me to pay all over again. We’re short staffed and can’t pull orders is what I was told. But when I walk inside she was posted behind the counter doing nothing. This store has been trash before the pandemic. I was employed with a torrid for six years. My service on Saturday and every-time I’m at this store isn’t what Torrid stands for. Please hire, or retain the staff in Dunwoody."
