"I was a huge fan of Spanx, have been shopping here for several years. Until I bought an item online that I needed to exchange for a smaller size, so I went to the store at the airport to see if they could help me and there was nothing they could do for me because they don't let you exchange an item that you bought online at the physical store. They treat the online store and their physical stores as if they are 2 completely different companies. They also don't make it easy to return/exchange items you buy online because the package doesn't include a return label. When you buy a pair of pants that are over $100 you expect a bit better than "sorry we cant help you because you bought that online"."
