"I am obsessed with Reformation at Ponce. I love their fashion its all combination of sexy, cute, trendy. The staffs there are amazing! I want to give Seth a huge shoutout. I was expecting a package comes in before I leave the city, at one point we thought it was lost because delivery shows that its "Delivered". Seth checks in with me everyday to let me know the status of my package, he's so sweet! My package did arrived on that day when I hop on my flight, but him and his team was able to ship my dress to me. Seth really went out of the way to help me with my NYE dress, I can't wait to wear it! It really wrap up my year the best way!"

"Truly insulting service. I have spent thousands of dollars with Ref, and was so excited when they opened a location in Atlanta. That said, my experience there couldn’t have been worse. I’ve shopped at Ref in NY as well, so I’m certain it was this location. Basically, I was the only black person in the store and also the only person clearly and visibly already dressed in Reformation. I stood around for at least five minutes with clothes in my arms hoping someone would help me. I watched the workers literally notice me and ignore me, one after the other. If anything, they looked uncomfortable that I was there. I would watch the same women enthusiastically greet the white people in the store. I ended up making a purchase, but I haven’t bought from you guys at all since then. It was appalling tbh. Clearly I’m not the only person who has had poor experiences with the employees here. I also work in retail, and there is literally no excuse for lacking the awareness and social skills to address customers obviously waiting to be served. Ultimately, I had to pipe up and ask for a fitting room, while they offered them to the white teenagers one after the other. Please do better."

"Just drove an hour to the store. The lights were on but the door was locked. No sign - nothing to indicate they were closed at 3pm on a Wednesday. Even the sandwich board was outside. Total waste of my time. I called probably 6 times and no one answered the phone. Just a weird automated message."

"This is my favorite Ref store! Moving from NYC to ATL, I was ecstatic when I saw this store opening. The employees are so nice that my husband often jokes we should go see my besties at Ref. They are always engaged and super helpful. I truly look forward to going in there and love the private client emails. Shopping here is a such a fun experience!"

"I had the BEST experience at this store! I called ahead letting them know that I needed a white dress for an elopement the next day and when I arrived they had pulled all of the options in my size as well as shoes. Everyone at the store was helpful and kind throughout the shopping process and they truly went above and beyond."
