"My experience with my massager was fine but when it was time to check out I was told that the person that gave me my massage wanted to see me again in 3 weeks and wanted to know if I wanted to join there membership and get 2 free massages and coupons and it will be taken out of your checking account every month and I told her no , not at this time and then I asked her if I decided to come back and get another massage in 3 or 4 weeks would it still be at the $75 charge as today and she told me , no it would be $125.00. What? So because I choose not to join your membership you are gonna charge almost double the price next time ? How does that make sense? This is probably why they don’t have repeat customers and people wait so long until they have promotions to go there. There are other massage/day spas where you can go and have the same service for the same price I paid today. So , no I will not be returning. Horrible way to treat your customers."
"Vicki is absolutely amazing. I've been going to her for over a year now. Her deep tissue massages are on point and if you ask for a relaxing massage, then it's just that, relaxing. I've always been very happy with her services."
