"I boarded our dog there for 4 nights. I was told they would send pics and let me know how he's doing. I had to text to check on him, because they never sent me a text. They claimed they lost my phone info. I paid for him to get an exit bath. I called an hour ahead of picking him up and was told his bath is done and he's dry. When I picked him up, he was soaking wet, and did not smell clean. I think he was just sprayed with water. There is no way he was bathed with shampoo and he was definitely not brushed at all!! He came back home with a rash on his belly. I gave them eye drops for my dog, but I'm not even sure if they were given to him. I had to take him to the vet and get a steroid spray to clear up the rash and now continue his eye drops for an extra 7 days. We will not be returning to this facility."
