"I order 5 shirts on 7/18 for my child’s school uniform and they missed a shirt. I could not get in touch with anyone because they never answer the phone as the voicemail is always full. Someone finally told me on 8/6 that they were going to send the shirt. It’s now 9/27 and I still have not received the shirt and no still answers the phone."
"I WAS a loyal customer at this establishment.It started with my daughters uniforms as she matriculated through her school years. The pictured shirts are the issue. They made shirts for me before with the exact same logo and it was done correctly. I asked for the same exact printing for five additional shirts directly with the owner. The most upsetting aspect of this transaction is The fact that the Owner printed 2 of them out before I left on Tuesday, (when I placed the order and I told him I needed them by Saturday) and he knew that I did not want a background behind my logo. I arrive on Saturday to unfinished shirts, there were only 5! I arrive on Sunday (after being rushed to come get them, mind you they were late) to pick up my items, they apologize for the delay and rush me Out without allowing me to preview the shirts without leaving! These shirts are for an event that begin in two hours! This is not only not What I asked for, but no time to rectify this situation. To add insult to injury I prepaid for these shirts. Needless to say I will not be back… customer Lost after nearly 20 years of being loyal."
