"I told them on the phone to not cut our dogs hair short. They blamed it on our granddaughter. Our dog was almost hairless when we picked her up. Will never use them again!! And right here at winter. And then was told to not bring her back again because she was a lot of trouble. $100.00 down the drain.!! Smh. You cut her hair way too short. Wish I could add a before and after pic. She has not acted the same since."
