"Employees might need a little more training. Just left the store and whoever the guys was behind the counter was on his phone (AirPods) the entire time. He was talking pretty loudly and using some language the young girl in the store with her grandma shouldn’t have had to hear. Was STILL on the phone as he was checking people out at the counter."
