"Best customer Service! Always heard of J Crew has good customer service. I believe it now. I ordered a dress shirt for my son on-line and he didn't like it. I was supposed to return immediately but somehow I forgot and it was inside a bag, nobody noticed and 30 days later I found out and felt really bad that I couldn't return it according to its policy. .. I googled to see what I can do? people told me just ask nicely and they will give you store credit. So I went to try today. The gentlemen there (Alphonso) actually give me the refund back to my J crew card. ( I guess bc I am only a few days pass 30 days limit) But he is super nice!"
