"Theres one woman that works there that sours my experience there every single time. Her attitude is awful every time. Comes off as she doesn't want to work there and you're bothering her, she's a buyer so if youre selling you have to interact with her and she's absolutely awful to be around. I think she also under priced my items based on how much I'm selling there frequently."

"Sadly this will be my last time in Ragorama, at both locations! I have been shopping at the store for over 15 years. I have seen a major decline not only in customer service but also with the way they price and accept the clothing. I have watched the staff go through their personal friends items, 40 gallon bags, accepting almost everything, then take 3 of others. They have staff that are often clueless to brands and also fashion trends, rather it’s trendy or vintage. Today, I approached a manager there to express my concerns and he basically told me that I have clearly OUTGROWN the store and that his staff accepts items that are selling daily. Keep in mind, due to the recent price change, they only offer you 25% cash, they took 4 Zara items, 3 Free People and one Mango coat from me and gave me $35, pricing it all over $200. I respect the hustle. I have been in the fashion/ retail industry for 22 years. The response was unprofessional and truly disappointing."

"Great place! But has gone downhill. Noticed a lot of the stuff they used to take was actually good quality, but recently noticed a lot of it is from H&M and ZAARA. Clearly stuff that won’t last a long time or is already falling apart. On top of that, prices have been jacked higher and higher. That doesn’t keep from the good, original finds you can snag. I’ve gotten some of my favorite pieces from here, a lot of good winter gear. It’s better than buying first hand, cool place as well."

"Organized and clean store but a bit overpriced for used items. You can get the same items for new at stores like Forever 21, H&M and Zara. The fitting room is closed. You can’t get a refund if your items don’t fit and want to return them for your money back. You can exchange them within 2 days though. They also don’t allow that many people in the store at a time and it was a line so be prepared to wait outside if they are busy."
