"Hotel was nice and clean. Fairly convenient off the interstate. ALOT of bright lights around the hotel, but does give you a sense of security. The service was VERY nice and attentive. A few restaurants around. Overall I would recommend."
"Handicap rated room did not have ADA height water closet. Minimum grab bars in shower (1) with no hand-held shower head. Other Hampton Inns do better. Otherwise hotel nice."
"We stayed at this Hampton Mon 11-27-23. First let me start by Thanking front desk attendant 2nd shift. I don't remember her name, we were lost at night in a city we've never been in before. I explain to her that we were lost. She stayed on the phone with us. She directed us to the hotel, the best customer service ever. She waited for us to check in, and acknowledge that I was a gold member. We didn't eat breakfast, because we left at 4am. Great location very clean room and just a great environment. B. Graves."
"I am so thankful for Monica and Jessica and the lovely lady who was working in the morning. I thought I was booking directly on hampton and I booked on reservation desk. It was a nightmare. The reservation was not found. That company was not accessible. We were stressing out. Canceling the bank card. Trying to get our money back. These ladies did everything humanly possible to help us get another reservation and get our money back. Great customer service and very kind. We appreciate all of you ladies. Thank you so much! "We have stayed in Hampton Inns in multiple U.S. states and am pleased with the hotels most of the time. This one was unquestionably one of the best in the country. The front desk employee greeted us warmly as Diamond members and she was super sweet and professional. The suite with comfortable king bed was bigger than usual and impeccably clean! The breakfast staff were VERY attentive and everything we ate at the breakfast buffet was hot and fresh. Without a doubt, we’d stay here again!"
