Comfort Inn & Suites Macon West

"Room was clean, beds comfortable but the so called free breakfast wasn't even set up properly, 1st thing no milk so asked front desk he appeared to go get some but actually disappeared. Then no waffle mix so we ask about that, a woman comes out to take care of it and nicely I asked if it will just take a few minutes to replace. She rudely snaps at me and says No she has to go make it. I apologize saying I didn't know that but I ask you nicely. Needless to say we left. Complained to the new desk clerk who just replaced the missing milkman for shift change. To make matters worse we are traveling with a handicapped person and now have to stop for breakfast load and unload her. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Never had a problem with any other comfort inn and suites hotels before, hopefully this is just a solo incident!"

"The front desk girl was disastrous and rude, I mean very rude. No greetings upon arrival and she was very busy on the phone for watching videos. We were there 8 mins. before 3 PM and she refused to check in, really???. When called in earlier in the day, and asked for the manager, she claimed, she was the manager and I asked for the name, and she hung up on me.. However, the board in the hotel said something else. No recognition for being a valued customer of the choice group. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate their help and effort."

"A young unprofessional check in receptionist was the worst experience of this whole hotel. She was down right rude and mostly unhelpful with a nasty attitude. Could not even answer a basic question like is the any place to eat around here or even if the hotel had laundry facilities. She was the absolute worst I've ever experienced at any hotel and I've stayed at many across the US. The manager though was very courteous and professional and made our check in smooth. Thank you Raj. House keeping was friendly and helpful, thank you. Our room was clean and quiet. Everything was in good working order. Breakfast was available as was laundry facilities and a pool."

"This place is really poor. I can't believe comfort would allow their name on his fle bag. The room smell and they are not very clean. I would NEVER stay there again. I wouldn't allow my dog to stay there. The furnature is old and worn. Its bad."

"THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! My card was charged twice upon checking in the hotel and the manager did not inform me why….After the manager seen that a mistake was made he did not apologize at all instead he was very aggressive & walked out. Our hotel was disgusting, my children got sick from the pool and when I told them I don’t want to stay at the hotel he told me I can cancel but I will not get any money back. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE…. The manager will take your money for bad service & will be very disrespectful"
