"Looked for any excuse not to give out deposit back. All because we cooked something in a the microwave. The water pressure don’t work."
"The room had a horrible smell, it was very dirty and there were dead roaches in the fridge. When we asked for a new room they said no refunds and asked to look at it. She said it was just tarnished furniture. After complaining again and showing the pictures they refunded my money. Never received any empathy or apology. What a terrible expierence."
"For me two major criteria when I chose a hotel. First: Good sleep-good matrass. Not in my case. I donated better matrass than they have. Springs sticking out. Front office recommend me to buy a foam and bring with me. Are you serious?! Second: False advertisement on google map. There is no hot, no continental, no any breakfast offering. Hotel staff and manager are no help at all. Stubborn people. Stay away from this hotel."
"The ppl there was really rude! I left one of my car keys in the hotel room after I checked out. They had it and never told me. Her response was “It’s not my problem” and she said she didn’t care. And hung up in my face as well while I was talking. So then I came up there to get my key and I explained I didn’t appreciate her hanging up on me.. and she replied she didn’t care and why did come up there. And they’re side doors are always unlocked. And the room had a moldy smell"
