"Everyone @ the front desk was very nice. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because when we checked in, we didn't have any trash cans in the room. Called the front desk & they said they'd bring 1 up right away but they neglected to do so. The evening of the next day after asking a different employee, we got 2 trash cans brought up to our room."
"Pool was never opened, they would just say that maybe the next day and that they had called someone to come clean it. Our room and several others from our group had a strong smoke smell. The front desk people could not accommodate us because they were "booked". We waited outside our room till midnight waiting for it to clear out after my husband went to look for febreez. Never was able to reach manager, even called after during the week and the girl just said that she would put in a note. Never again staying here."
"The rooms need deep cleaning. It is unsanitary when we stepped into our room. The furniture needs to be updated as well. The only good thing about this place is Valarie the front desk receptionist. The manager is rude and uneducated. Never coming back!"
"I booked the wrong comfort inn location and I couldn’t get a refund, so I just decided to stay for one night. Person at the counter was not friendly at all and people were hanging out and loud. It just was not the best hotel experience by far. And I hated my room."
