"I have a friend that stayed there and the guy that runs the place is very unkind. She had so many problems and he was very rude to her and he doesn't fix stuff. He also doesn't let people keep stuff expect the bare minimum. There is roaches and mold in the rooms."

"Zero Stars. This was a last resort for me my 5 month old and my fiancé. The price is ridiculous for the size of the room and how bad the roaches are. No matter how much you clean, no matter how much they say they come out to spray, they don’t lessen and they don’t disappear. I understand that these are smoke rooms, but when we moved in a couple months ago, floors were absolutely disgusting. Had to mop and vacuum myself and even after multiple times of doing that i refuse to walk around here without shoes on because my feet turn black and afraid to step on bugs barefoot. I will say the service is not the best but our bathroom fan didn’t work from day one and maintenance came in and fixed it a couple days after we addressed the issue. My biggest complaint about this place is the roaches. I’m not talking about a couple here and there, it’s infested with roaches, exterminator said they’re in the walls and if neighbors aren’t clean (which both of ours are) nothing will solve the problem. Absolutely awful, do not recommend this place one bit.."

"The owner, Doug is an Evil man. My two weeks were extremely unpleasant!!! Location is good. Camera in the smoke alarm. I had groceries delivered but Doug took them to his office and then was nasty mean when I got them from him. Rudeness and ugliness for NO good reason! I backed my car in but mean Doug told me that was not allowed."

"The employees here are rude and not helpful at all the room was infested in roaches and I do mean infested so many that you can't even take a shower without them being all over the walls... Would not recommend this place for any reason."

"I am SO thankful that this place exists and Doug has been wonderful to us. An elderly family member of mine needed an inexpensive simple place to live alone longer term and has been very happy here over the last 9 months or so. She has a mini fridge, microwave, small kitchen with stovetop burners, ample cabinet space, 2 sinks, larger shower/tub with storage and privacy. The rooms are significantly bigger than other similar motels in the area for less money so that was a huge plus for us. Doug in the office is always great every time I see him and happy to fix anything quickly if ever needed. The housekeeping staff is great as well, very sweet and helpful with requests, comes every week to wash sheets and towels and more. Everyone is real friendly here and there hasn’t been any major drama so she feels safe, not sketchy as others make it sound, no complaints about bugs or crazy neighbors either. Though motels aren’t perfect, I feel this one is one of the best if not THE best in Cobb/Cherokee county in terms of safety, customer service, location, price and value. Several people there have small children too, but there are clear rules when you live there that you must sign to keep crime and accidents at bay. If people are weird there, they will kick them out no problem, and we appreciate that. It’s definitely suitable for a night, a week or long term-we come here 2-3x/week to visit so we know the area well. If you have an elderly family member on a fixed income and can’t afford these extreme rent prices, please consider this place!"
