"I made the mistake and reserved a room sight unseen. They should add pics of the many shady people crawling around the parking lot along with the broken glass and broken down cars with their ad so you can see exactly what this place has to offer."

"Just gross…definitely a low budget motel. Reserved a non smoking room and most definitely has been recently smoked in. The toilet paper wrapper on the fresh roll had cigarette burns on it, room had a weird smell, windows/ledges were n stairwell FILTHY, the bedding looked like it had been wadded up in a ball then put on the bed, carpet was dirty…eyes are burning from the smell as I write this. Rating 0/10. Don’t recommend. Luckily we are only passing through."

"THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! It’s super sketchy, the rooms aren’t clean, the tv quality is TERRIBLE. Several roaches. The heater is dusty and doesn’t work. The tub is disgusting and tiny. It looks like NONE of this hotel has been cleaned. I’m here with my friend and her mom and we were all awakened at 3am to a woman screaming. This went on for about half an hour and then we heard sobs. We finally went back to sleep; and when we walked downstairs, there was barf on the floor. Nobody cleaned it up, and it was there all morning. I’ve ran into several people who were certainly homeless, there is barely any security, the entire place smells like smoke. Elevator is terrifying and it took 2 minutes to get from the first floor to the second. This hotel feels EXTREMELY unsafe and the staff are terrible. We’ve asked questions and their only answer is to wait and ask a manager on the morning. We’re trying to leave now. The area is scary, the hotel is disgusting, not a single thing isn’t stained. This place is terrifying and people keep eying my purse. They made us pay an extra 40 dollars when we checked in. This is terrifying. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS POSSIBLE."

"i felt VERY unsafe here. i stayed with my best friend and my mom and it was just absolutely horrible. there was so much trash and there were people all around participating in different... activities that i felt very uncomfortable around. the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed, there were stains on the blankets, the air conditioner only slightly worked and was covered in dust, the tvs were awful quality, and i felt like i couldn't walk around without shoes on. the staff were practically useless and wouldn't help us with anything. the light was placed in a corner??? why??? the elevators sounded like they were going to collapse at any minute with an extremely loud and squeaky door that i thought was going to fall off. the arm chair had a large stain on it to the point where i felt better off sitting on the floor. there were dents and stains on the wall, throw up in the hallway, and the entire place was just absolutely covered in nastiness. at 3am, everyone heard a woman screaming and it went on for a good 15 minutes so we got barely any sleep. luckily i didn't have to spend much time in it except for actually sleeping. everyone decided we shouldn't stay here for the 2 nights we booked so we tried to cancel our 2nd night but the staff said she couldn't help us until the general manager got there at 9 or 10 the next day. i had to leave for my event at 7:45 so that wasn't really an option. we called the call center and talked but she was really stubborn. apparently people feeling unsafe there was unusual so it was a "big request". and on top of that, instead of charging us the online rate of $69 we saw online per night, we were charged $100. the staff claimed that was "plus tax". overall if i had the choice to sleep here or in a car, i would pick the car in a heartbeat. if i could, i would give zero stars. DO NOT stay here."

"Stay far away from this hotel!! I booked a room on their website with a discounted rate. I drove an additional 1-1/2 hours because of the rate. I tried to check in and the receptionist told me he would not accept the rate. I asked for him to call Choice Hotels to see what options we had. He refused and canceled the room without notice. I was yelled at and told to leave the property. Choice Hotels made the situation right and reserved me a free night at another nearby hotel and enough points for an additional discounted night. Very very poor management. Stay away!"
